A quick guide to getting your family set up — from first registration to your first Sunday on the sand.

How to register

Your club will usually share a link straight to its page. Otherwise, create your account and search the club directory. The application walks you through it: your children, your contacts and nominated adults, the season's consents, and any documents your club asks for. One pass covers every child in your family.

Signing in

With your email address and a password. Prefer not to keep one? Ask for a sign-in link and we email it to you. Your mobile number is how your club reaches you, not how you sign in — you verify it once with a texted code, and the primary parent needs a verified number before an application can be sent.

Paying fees

When a place is confirmed for your child, your club sends a payment request with the exact amount — the price you saw when you applied. Follow the secure Stripe link to pay. You'll have a clear window to do it, and we remind you by email and text before it closes.

Working with Children Checks (WWCC)

If you take on a club role that involves working with children, your club records your check — the type and the expiry — and NipperHub watches the date from there. Victorian checks are the ones it can record today, so if your club is in another state it will say so rather than file a check it can't date properly. Some people are cleared another way (registered teachers, for instance); your club can record that instead. Applying as a parent doesn't need a check unless your club says otherwise.

Keeping NipperHub handy on your phone

There's nothing to download — NipperHub runs in your phone's browser. If you'd like it closer to hand, your browser can save a shortcut to your home screen (look for Add to Home Screen). That's a bookmark rather than an installed app, so tapping it opens NipperHub in your browser like any other page.
