Questions parents ask us
How do I sign in?
With your email address and a password. Prefer not to keep one? Ask for a sign-in link and we email it to you. Your mobile number is for your club to reach you, not for signing in.
What does it cost?
Your club sets its own program fees. You'll see the exact amount for your family — including any sibling pricing your club offers — before you pay, and that price is locked in when you apply.
What are pre-registration points?
Families earn points for volunteering — the points belong to your whole family, at your club. If your club opens an early registration window, families above its points line get first go.
Can both parents manage our family?
Yes. A co-parent has the same access you do, including paying. You can also nominate other trusted adults — a grandparent who does pickup, for instance — with exactly the access you choose, per child.
What happens to our family's information?
It stays in Australia, and we keep only what the season needs — we never store your child's date of birth. If you leave, you can ask for your family's records to be deleted, and we really delete them — except for the few records the law makes us hold for a set time, which we'll name for you.
What if the beach wifi drops out?
We're honest about it: if something can't save, the screen says so plainly — nothing is lost silently. Clubs can also print the day's attendance sheet, so the roll call never depends on reception.

NipperHub is licensed per club — one licence covers every program your club runs. A plan can include a set number of children before a per-child rate applies; going over it never blocks a family, and you'll see your club's own numbers before you sign.
