Everything NipperHub does
One home for your Nippers season — the family side and the club side of the same system.
For families
One application, all your children
Enter your family once — contacts, consents, payment details — then a short section per child. Three kids is one form, not three. If one child's paperwork needs a second look, the others aren't held up.

Always know where you stand
Your family page shows every application and what happens next: waiting on the club, place secured, payment due, or all done. Decisions come with reasons, in writing, by email.

Pay when your place is secured — never before
No money changes hands until your child's place is confirmed. Then a secure Stripe link arrives with the exact amount, and you get a fair window to pay — with a reminder before it runs out.

Your village, your rules
Co-parents get full, equal access. Beyond that, you nominate exactly who else can do what, per child — a grandparent who collects on Sundays can be an approved pickup adult and see the beach-day details, and nothing else.

Volunteer, and it counts
Claim a duty from your phone — BBQ, water safety, first aid, or setting up and packing up. Every completed duty adds points to your family's balance, and points can unlock early registration when the next season opens.

For clubs
Registration that runs itself
Applications arrive with their checks already run, so you only look at the ones that need you — everything clean secures its place the moment you approve it. Set a cap and NipperHub keeps the waiting list for you, offering the next free place to whoever has waited longest. You can hand a place to someone else when your committee decides to, and NipperHub records who did it and the reason they gave.

Clearance you can stand behind
You record each adult's Working with Children Check with its type and expiry, and NipperHub re-checks the date every single time someone reaches for a child's record — never from an old sign-in. Victorian checks are the ones it can record today: ask it to store a check from another state and it says so, rather than filing one it cannot put a proper expiry against. If someone is cleared another way — a registered teacher, for instance — you record that instead, with the evidence, an expiry and your reason, and it stays on a list you can pull up at any time. Nothing quietly becomes routine.

Beach days under control
Open the session, run the roll call, mark attendance as kids arrive — and print the sheet, so the day never depends on reception. Pickup authority is on screen per child, and the water-safety panel suggests supervision numbers from SLSA's own tables — it advises, your officials decide.

Money straight to your club
Payments run through your club's own Stripe account — the platform never holds your money. Payment requests, receipts, refunds and a grace-period safety net are all built in, and every movement is on the record.

Everything on the record
Every change carries who made it and when. You never have to take a form's word for it: NipperHub takes the name from the person's own sign-in, so nobody can put someone else's down. The most sensitive records are locked to the few people whose role is allowed to read them. One place to look, from a family's first application to the end of the season.
